Q: Are HearGood hearing aids suitable for all types of hearing loss?
A: HearGood devices are designed for adults and seniors with mild to moderate hearing loss. They are not suitable for severe or profound hearing conditions.
Q: Are your hearing aids programmable or pre-set?
A: Our hearing aids come with pre-set digital sound profiles (e.g. 16-channel processing) and do not require custom audiologist programming.
Q: What does CIC mean?
A: CIC stands for Completely-in-the-Canal. This means the device fits deep inside your ear canal for a nearly invisible, discreet look.
Q: Do your hearing aids produce a whistling sound?
A: A slight whistling sound (feedback) is normal when not inserted properly. To prevent it:

A: One full charge gives up to 30 hours of use. The charging case provides backup power of up to 150–300 hours, depending on the model.
Q: How do I charge my hearing aids?
A: Place them into the magnetic USB-C charging case. Most models fully charge within 2–3 hours.
