HearGood Warranty Policy

Applies to: All HearGood products purchased through https://heargood.co.uk

🛡️ What’s Covered

All HearGood hearing aids come with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

  • Internal malfunctions or technical faults

  • Charging case or battery issues

  • Microphone or sound output failures

  • Charging cable malfunctions

❌ What’s Not Covered

  • Physical damage due to drops, misuse, or improper handling

  • Water damage or exposure to moisture

  • Wear and tear due to extended use

  • Unauthorized repairs or third-party servicing

  • Lost or stolen items

🛠️ Warranty Claim Process

If you experience a fault during the warranty period:

  1. Email us at hearinggoodmarketing@gmail.com with your order number and issue description.

  2. Our support team will guide you through troubleshooting steps.

  3. If the product is confirmed faulty, we will arrange a free replacement or repair.

Note: You may be required to return the faulty item before we ship a replacement.

  • Warranty is valid only for purchases made on https://heargood.co.uk.

  • Warranty does not extend with replacement units.

  • Shipping charges for warranty returns are covered by HearGood (within the UK only).
